Free Shipping for all Continental U.S. Orders
We offer free shipping services for all orders being shipped within the Continental United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you may place your order, however a shipping invoice will be sent to you via Paypal to cover the additional shipping costs. You will have up to 48 hours to process the shipping invoice before the order is cancelled. Estimated shipping costs for golf bags to Hawaii and Alaska are between $80 and $115. We understand that this is an unusually high shipping cost and hope that UPS and USPS (our primary carrier services) eventually lower these costs so that we may provide free shipping services for all U.S. orders.
Product Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. We will email a return shipping label for all returns. All items returned must be in original packaging, as new. Golf bags, gloves, grips, and other accessories may not be returned in used condition unless found to be defective. Any apparel may only be returned in unused condition with all tags attached.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product defect, Category Fore will provide a return shipping label and will fully refund the original costs to ship.
Incorrect Item Delivered
If Category Fore delivers an incorrect item to you, we will send a shipping label, and ship you a new replacement item at our expense.
Issues with Apparel Sizing
If you purchase an item of apparel that does not fit correctly, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition. Category Fore will replace the item with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to incorrect sizing are the customer’s responsibility.
